Q. When do I need to order by?

Our cut off is 9am AEDT, at least 3 days before your selected delivery date. Delivery days and windows vary by location.

Q. When will my order arrive?

Your order arrives within your chosen delivery window (12am to 7am, or 8am to 6pm). We cannot guarantee a specific time within that window.

Q. How long does the food last?

All of our items have different expiry dates, from a minimum of 3 days up to 12, and the use by includes the day of delivery. Please check the individual product pages. Stated shelf life is for unopened products; once opened, enjoy within 24 to 48 hours. Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 5°C, and do not freeze.

Q. Can I swap items in the bundle?

The bundle is priced as a set, but you can add extras any time. Prefer to build your own selection? Put together exactly what you need, or give our friendly customer service team a call on (02) 8422 6666 and they will help you sort it.

Q. Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT. Add a few items to your cart, pop in your postcode, and you will see the delivery days available for your area. Free delivery on orders over $150.
