Start the day with a high protein chia pot. Each 230g pot has up to 21g of protein and 21g of fibre, with toasted protein crunch packed in its own tray so it's still crunchy when you tip it in. Choose Choc Chia & Berry, Strawberry Oats & Chia, or the Variety Box.

Then there's lunch. Chef-crafted pasta salads, noodles and grain bowls with up to 33g of protein per serve, including Chicken Schnitzel Caesar Pasta Salad, Creamy Pesto Pasta with Chicken and Vermicelli Thai Style Beef. No prep, no reheating, no sad desk lunch.

Grab & Go FAQs

What's in the Grab & Go range?

High protein chia pots for breakfast, and high protein pasta salads, noodles and grain bowls for lunch. Everything is single serve and ready to eat straight from the fridge.

How much protein is in Grab & Go?

Our chia pots have 20g to 21g of protein and 18g to 21g of fibre per pot. Our lunch meals have up to 33g of protein per serve.

Are these meals or snacks?

Meals. The chia pots are a proper breakfast and the salads are a full lunch. If you need something to get you through the 3pm slump, a chia pot does that job too.

Do I need to heat anything?

No. Everything in Grab & Go is ready to eat cold. Open it, grab a fork or spoon, done.

Can I mix chia pots and lunches in one order?

Yes. Add a box of chia pots to your lunches and sort breakfast and lunch for the week in one delivery.

Can I order Grab & Go for the office?

Yes. Stock the office fridge with a mix of breakfast pots and lunches, and everyone can grab what they feel like.

When do I need to order by?

Our cut off is 9am AEDT, at least 3 days before your selected delivery date. Delivery days and windows vary by location.

When will my order arrive?

Your order arrives within your chosen delivery window (12am to 7am, or 8am to 6pm). We cannot guarantee a specific time within that window.

How long does the food last?

The shelf life shown on each product is the minimum, so your order will often arrive with more time than that, especially the hot meals. You'll find the use-by date listed on each product on the site. Anything marked with our freezer-friendly icon can go straight in the freezer for later. Salads are best enjoyed fresh and aren't suitable for freezing.
