For deep, hearty comfort, our French Lentil Soup brings root vegetables, shiitake mushrooms and a splash of balsamic together in a rich tomato broth. The Mushroom & White Bean Soup layers three types of mushrooms with coconut cream for that quietly fancy, made-from-scratch feel. Smoky Potato & Leek brings smoked paprika warmth to a classic. Pumpkin Power Soup turns a humble bowl of pumpkin into a miso and ginger spiked glow-up. They're built to behave in a microwave so you don't need a stovetop, a saucepan or thirty spare minutes, but they can also be heated on the stovetop. Pair them with crusty bread for a proper meal, or serve them alongside our hot meals when you want the fridge stocked for easy lunches and dinners.
