Curries

Applies to the following products: Potato & Pumpkin Curry, Butter Chicken, Mango Chicken Curry, Loaded Veggie Indian Curry

Microwave

  • Cut open bag and put 375g of the curry into a large microwavable container or plate.
  • Place into a 1000kw microwave. Heat on high for 3 minutes.
  • Stir and heat for a further 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute. Enjoy!

Stove Top

  • Place a large pot on a medium heat. Cut open bag and pour curry into the pot
  • Place a lid on the pot and bring the curry to the boil. Once curry is boiling turn to a low heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Once the curry has cooked for 10 minutes, take off the heat. Place into a large serving dish and serve with steamed rice and some fresh coriander. Enjoy!

 

Applies to the following products: Thai Green Curry, Massaman Beef Curry

Microwave

  • Cut open bag and put 375g of the curry into a large microwavable container or plate.

  • Stir and heat for a further 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute. Enjoy!

Stove Top

  • Place a large pot on a medium heat. Cut open bag and pour the curry into the pot.
  • Place a lid on the pot and bring the curry to the boil. Once curry is boiling turn to a low heat and cook for 10-15 minutes. Or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
  • Once the curry has cooked for 10 minutes, take off the heat. Place into a large serving dish and serve with Salad Servers Coconut Rice and lime wedges. Enjoy!

Stove Top

  • Place a large pot on the stove on a medium heat. Cut open bag and pour the Curry into the pre-heated pot.
  • Place a lid on the pot and bring to a boil. Once boiled cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat.
  • Once the Curry has cooked for 10 minutes, take off the heat and place into a large bowl and serve with our Spiced Basmati Rice.
  • Feel free to garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve and enjoy!
Hot Meals

Applies to the following products: Hearty Beef Casserole, Chicken Burrito Filling, Chilli Con Carne

Microwave

  • Stir and heat for a further 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute. Enjoy!

Meal Kits

Applies to the following products: Chicken Pad Thai Stir Fry Kit

  • Place a wok or a large frying pan on a high heat. When the wok starts to smoke add 2 tbsp of sesame or vegetable oil.
  • Open the stir-fry bag and add the vegetables to the wok. Toss and cook the vegetables and tofu for 4-5 minutes.
  • Open the flat rice noodles, chicken and sauce and add to the wok. Toss and combine and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
  • Place stir-fry into a serving bowl and top with cashews, fresh chilli and coriander. Serve and enjoy!

 

Applies to the following products: Creamy Pesto Chicken & Broccoli Pasta Salad Kit

  • Place a small pot of water on a high heat. Once boiling cut open broccoli florets and place into the water.
  • Cook the broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Once cooked, strain excess water and rinse the cooked broccoli florets with cold water.
  • Once slightly chilled place the broccoli florets into a large mixing bowl. Add in basil penne, baby spinach and chicken breast. Toss together and place onto a large serving dish.
  • Garnish with roasted almonds. Enjoy!

 

Applies to the following products: Chicken Katsu Curry Kit

  • Pre-heat an oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees fan forced). Line a medium-sized baking tray with baking paper. Open the chicken schnitzels and place onto the baking tray. Place tray into oven and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Place a small saucepan on medium heat and pour the Katsu Curry Sauce into the pot. Heat for 4-5 minutes. Do not let the curry sauce boil. Set aside.
  • Place the brown rice into a large microwaveable container and heat on high for 4 minutes in a 1000kw microwave. Set aside.
  • Once the chicken schnitzel has finished cooking, place onto a chopping board and slice into thin strips.
  • In a small serving bowl, place warm rice, katsu sauce and chicken schnitzel. Top with the fresh and crunchy Japanese slaw. Enjoy!

 

Applies to the following products: Thai Sweet Chilli Chicken Stir Fry Kit, Beef & Black Bean Noodle Stir Fry Kit

  • Place a wok or a large frying pan on a high heat. When the wok starts to smoke add 2 tbsp of sesame or vegetable oil.
  • Open the stir-fry bag and add the vegetables and noodles to the wok. Toss and cook the vegetables and noodles for 4-5 minutes.
  • Open the stir fry and add to the wok. Toss and combine and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  • Place stir-fry into a serving bowl and top with fresh chilli and coriander. Serve and enjoy!

 

 

Applies to the following products: Szechuan Tofu & Veggie Stir Fry Kit, Chicken Cashew & Snow Pea Stir Fry Kit

Stove Top

  • Open the sauce and add to the wok. Toss and combine and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
  • Place stir-fry into a serving bowl and top with fresh chilli and coriander. Serve and enjoy!

 

Applies to the following products: Almond Satay & Tofu Stir Fry Kit

Stove Top

  • Place a wok or a large frying pan on a high heat. When the wok starts to smoke add 2 tbsp of sesame or vegetable oil.
  • Open the stir-fry bag and add the vegetables and tofu to the wok. Toss and cook the vegetables and tofu for 4-5 minutes.
  • Open the satay sauce and add to the wok. Toss and combine and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
  • Place stir-fry into a serving bowl and top with crispy shallots and coriander. Serve and enjoy!

 

Applies to the following products: Chicken & Tofu Laksa Kit

Stove Top

  • Place a large pot on a medium to high heat. Pour Laska sauce base into the pot.
  • Once the Laksa base is simmering (this should take about 4-5 minutes), add the noodles, buk choy and shallots.
  • Portion into serving bowls and enjoy!
Soups

Applies to the following products: Pumpkin Soup, Thai Creamy Chicken Soup, Fire Roasted Red Pepper & Cous Cous Soup, Chicken & Corn Soup, Country Style Chicken Soup, Kale & Quinoa Soup, Pea & Bacon Soup

Microwave

  • Cut open bag and put 375g of soup into a large microwavable container or plate.
  • Place into a 1000 kw microwave. Heat on high for 3 minutes.
  • Stir and heat for a further 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute. Enjoy!
Stove Top
  • Place a large pot on a medium heat. Cut open bag and pour into the pot.
  • Place a lid on the pot and bring the soup to the boil. Once boiling, turn to a low heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the soup is cooked for 2-3 minutes, take off the heat. Place into a serving bowl. Enjoy!
Pasta

Applies to the following products: Beef & Vegetable Mini Ravioli, Spinach & Cheese Ravioli, Pumpkin & Parmesan Ravioli

Stove Top

  • Place a large pot filled with water and 1 tbsp of salt onto the stove top and bring to the boil.
  • Cut open pasta and place 500g into the water. Cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until pasta floats to the surface.
  • Toss through our amazing range of freshly made pasta sauces. Feel free to garnish with some parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. Enjoy!
Sauces

Applies to the following products: Bolognese Sauce, Basilico (Tomato & Basil) Sauce, Boscaiola Sauce

Microwave

  • Cut open bag and put 375g of sauce into a large microwavable container or plate.
  • Place into a 1000 kw microwave. Heat on high for 3 minutes.
  • Stir and heat for a further 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute. Enjoy

Stove Top

  • Place a large pot on a medium heat. Cut open bag and pour into the pot.
  • Place a lid on the pot and bring the sauce to the boil. Once boiling, turn to a low heat and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Once the sauce is cooked for 5 minutes, take off the heat. Place into a serving dish and serve with freshly cooked ravioli. Enjoy!
Risottos

Applies to the following products: Wild Mushroom Risotto, Pumpkin & Sage Risotto

Microwave

  • Cut open bag and put 375g of risotto into a large microwavable container or plate.
  • Place into a 1000 kw microwave. Heat on high for 3 minutes.
  • Stir and heat for a further 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute. Enjoy!


Stove Top

  • Place a large pot on a medium heat. Cut open bag and pour into the pot.
  • Place a lid on the pot and bring the risotto to a simmer. Once the risotto is simmering turn to a low heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the risotto has cooked for 2-3 minutes, take off the heat. Place into a serving bowl and garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
Bakes

Applies to the following products: Salmon Bake, Beef Lasagne, Veggie Lasagne, Mac & Cheese, Cauliflower & Cheese Bake, Potato Bake

  • Pre-heat an oven to 190 degrees (fan forced 180 degrees).
  • Remove outer layer of packaging and put onto a baking tray. Place into pre-heated oven.
  • Cook for 30 min and carefully remove from the oven.
  • Stand for 2 minutes and serve.
