The Big Winter Sale discount does not apply to any order delivered outside this window, including orders that are rescheduled outside this window. Orders placed outside the Promotion Period are not eligible. |

| Refunds | Due to food safety requirements and made-to-order production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds are only provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law or if we are unable to fulfil your order. Any refund will reflect the amount paid after discount. |
| Order Changes and Cancellations | You may change or cancel an order up to 9AM three days before your delivery date, AEST. After this cut-off the order is locked for production. If a change moves the delivery date outside the Eligibility Window, the Big Winter Sale discount will not apply. If you still wish to proceed, we can cancel and refund the original order. Any replacement order placed or delivered outside the Promotion Period or Eligibility Window will be charged at full price. |
| Delivery | Deliveries occur within your selected window to serviceable suburbs only. If no one is available to receive the order, the driver will leave the goods in a safe place. Risk passes on delivery. Please refrigerate items immediately. |
| Operational Capacity | All orders are subject to daily production capacity and delivery route availability. |
| General | Not transferable or redeemable for cash. We may verify orders and cancel any order that breaches these terms or is placed due to error. We may vary, suspend, or end the offer if required due to error or unforeseen issues. |
