NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

We’ve partnered with Be Cool Refrigerated Couriers to deliver to thousands of postcodes across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and the ACT, keeping your meals and salads fresh and chilled in insulated packaging all delivered to your door in refrigerated vehicles. Check your postcode and choose the delivery window that best suits your event timeline. All that’s left to do is choose your menu and relax, knowing that your salads and meals will be fresh and ready when you need them.

DELIVERY TIMES

& NOTIFICATIONS

Your delivery may arrive anytime between your selected delivery window (12am-7am or 8am-6pm). We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. If you need delivery for a specific event, we recommend selecting the day before to ensure it arrives on time.

If you provide a mobile number on your order, you will receive a SMS the night before your delivery day with a 2-hour ETA and a live tracking link. You’ll receive a second SMS once your delivery has been completed.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Please include any special delivery instructions in the notes section when placing your order. This helps ensure a smooth delivery experience.

If you've forgotten to add instructions, don't worry! Simply contact our friendly team, and we'll update your order for you.

DELIVERING TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS

If you've chosen a business address for delivery, please let us know the business name to help the driver locate you easily. It's also important to inform us that it's a business address so we can avoid scheduling your delivery on a weekend or in the overnight delivery window.

Keep in mind that our courier operates between 8am and 6pm, so you'll need to be flexible with your working hours to receive your order. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate specific delivery windows (e.g., between 9am and 4pm).

If this timeframe doesn't suit your schedule, we recommend opting for a delivery to your home address instead when placing your order.

ORDERING CUT OFF TIMES

Our cut off time is 9am (AEDT) 3 days prior to your selected delivery date. Delivery days and delivery windows vary depending on your location.

There are no deliveries on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

COURIER DRIVERS & DELIVERY

In order to deliver your order to as many places across Australia as possible, we use a third party courier. Unfortunately, we’re unable to request specific delivery times from our courier. The available schedules on Salad Servers Direct are based on the deliveries our courier has for the day, as they service multiple companies in addition to delivering our delicious salads and meals. This means we don't have direct access to the courier drivers. We cannot call them with changes or delivery instructions.

You will receive a text message around 8pm the night before with a 2 hour ETA and live tracking link. Please make sure you enter in a valid mobile number when placing your order. If you don’t have your mobile number, you won’t be able to receive updates from the courier.

Make sure you leave delivery instructions in the notes for the driver.

The overnight delivery window is between midnight - 7am. This is a "silent" period which prohibits drivers from making any contact with the customer. Drivers are not allowed to ring doorbells, knock on doors, buzz intercoms, call/message customers, or enter in codes at security gates. Drivers will leave your order unattended in a safe location.

Daytime delivery window is between 8am - 6pm. Business addresses must choose this window. If your trading hours do not align with these times, please make sure someone can be there to accept the delivery. Otherwise, we suggest a delivery to someone's home.

Delivery time is not guaranteed, and requests cannot be accepted. If you require an order before a certain time, we suggest getting your delivery made the day before where possible, or overnight to a home address.

For deliveries to APARTMENTS, we strongly recommend the daytime window.

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled after the cut off time.
