Cooking Instructions
- Place a wok (or a large frying pan) on a high heat. When the wok starts to smoke add 2 tbsp of sesame or vegetable oil.
- Open the stir-fry bag and add the vegetables to the wok. Toss and cook the vegetables in batches for 4-5 minutes and transfer to a bowl. Repeat until all the veggies are cooked. Toss in the cashews with the last batch of veggies to get them golden and delicious.
- Open the bag of chicken & sauce and add to the wok. Toss and combine and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked veggies back in the wok and toss it all together for 3-4 minutes.
- Place stir-fry into a serving bowl and top with fresh chilli and coriander. Serve and enjoy!
