Handmade and layered with pasta, sweet potato, pumpkin, zucchini, eggplant, spinach, cheese sauce, and finished off with bitey parmesan cheese, this lasagne will have the family begging for more. You don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy this one!

Serving Instructions

  • Pre-heat an oven to 190 degrees (fan forced 180 degrees).
  • Remove sleeve and plastic film. Place Lasagne in its foil tray on a baking tray into the pre-heated oven.
  • Cook for 30 min and carefully remove from the oven.
  • Stand for 2 minutes and serve.
