Your order arrives within your chosen delivery window (12am to 7am, or 8am to 6pm). We cannot guarantee a specific time within that window.
Q. How long does the food last?
The shelf life shown on each product is the minimum, so your order will often arrive with more time than that, especially the hot meals. You'll find the use-by date listed on each product on the site. Anything marked with our freezer-friendly icon can go straight in the freezer for later. Salads are best enjoyed fresh and aren't suitable for freezing.
Q. Can I mix meals and salads in one order?
Absolutely. Add any combination of meals, salads and sides to the one cart and it all arrives together in a single chilled delivery.
Q. How much salad do I need per person?
As a rule of thumb, allow about 200g to 300g of salad per person, so one of our 2.5kg party salads feeds around 10 and a 600g salad does 2 to 3, depending on what else is on the table. See our Easy Events guide for menus by guest count.
