Craving a plant-powered weeknight win. Our Tofu Vegetable & Almond Satay Stir Fry Kit comes pre-measured for zero prep and zero fuss, you just toss and cook in a hot wok. Packed with crunchy veg and tender tofu, then coated in a creamy coconut and almond satay lifted by tamari, roasted black sesame, curry spices, garlic, ginger, chilli, turmeric and a bright hit of lime. Big flavour, no guesswork, perfect for fast, fresh dinners.

Cooking Instructions
- Open the tofu puffs, slice each one in half and set aside.
- Place a wok or a large frying pan on a high heat. When the wok starts to smoke add 2 tbsp of sesame or vegetable oil.
- Open the stir-fry bag and add the vegetables to the wok. Toss and cook the vegetables in batches for 4-5 minutes and transfer to a bowl. Repeat until all the veggies are cooked.
- Pour in the satay sauce and add tofu puffs. Toss to combine and sizzle for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked veggies back in the wok with the sauce and tofu and toss it all together for 1-2 minutes.
- Place stir-fry into a serving bowl and top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and coriander. Serve and enjoy!
