3 DRESSINGS YOU CAN EASILY MAKE AT HOME:

1. Turmeric Tahini Dressing

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup tahini
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves finely minced or grated
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp honey
1 tsp fresh ginger puree
1/2 tsp sea salt

2. Caesar Salad Dressing

1 cup of good quality mayonnaise
3½ tbsp lemon juice
2-3 garlic cloves depending on size
¼ cup grated parmesan
3-4 anchovies in oil
1½ tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper

3. Zesty Italian Dressing

½ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¾ tsp dried thyme

METHOD:

Place all ingredients in mason jar and shake or whisk until well mixed. Alternatively, you can place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Store the vinaigrette in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. If the olive oil solidifies (which is normal), let the dressing sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then whisk or shake to re-emulsify before serving.
