A ready to wok and serve Szechuan, tofu & mushroom stir-fry. Fried tofu, shallot batons, carrot, fresh mushrooms, baby corn, capsicum strips, bok choy, and edamame tossed in a punchy Szechuan-style sauce.
Our stir fries come with fresh ingredients as well as a sauce, and are designed to be eaten soon after delivery.

- Place a wok or a large frying pan on a high heat. When the wok starts to smoke add 2 tbsp of sesame or vegetable oil.
- Open the stir-fry bag and add the vegetables to the wok. Toss and cook the vegetables for 4-5 minutes.
- Open the Szechuan Style Tofu & Mushroom sauce and add to the wok. Toss and combine and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
- Place stir-fry into a serving bowl and top with fresh chilli and coriander. Serve and enjoy!
