Serving Instructions
Stove Top
- Place a wok or a large frying pan on a high heat. When the wok starts to smoke add 2 tbsp of sesame or vegetable oil.
- Open the stir-fry bag and add the vegetables to the wok. Toss and cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
- Open the flat rice noodles, chicken and sauce and add to the wok. Toss and combine and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
- Place stir-fry into a serving bowl and top with cashews, fresh chilli and coriander. Serve and enjoy!
