A perfect family dinner any day of the week! Poached salmon fillet, fluffy steamed potato, fresh spinach with a creamy dill and caramelised leek sauce, topped with a garlic and herb crumb.

Serving Instructions

  • Pre-heat an oven to 190 degrees (fan forced 180 degrees).
  • Remove sleeve and plastic film. Place Salmon Bake in its foil tray on a baking tray into the pre-heated oven.
  • Cook for 30 min and carefully remove from the oven.
  • Stand for 2 minutes and serve.
